2. Services Talent Nexus provides offshore staffing and recruitment services, connecting businesses ("Clients") with skilled professionals ("Candidates") based in the Philippines. We act as a facilitator in the recruitment process.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application or hiring process.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

4. Client Fees and Payments Clients agree to pay the fees associated with our services as outlined in our Pricing agreement or specific service contract.

Retainer Fee: A non-refundable deposit is required to commence the search.
Success Fee: The remaining balance is due upon the successful placement of a candidate.

5. Intellectual Property The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Talent Nexus, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, download, or otherwise use any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
